Shir is excited to be part of the IFWA and serve the arts community.  As a Financial Advisor, Shir’s mission is to better the lives of everyone with whom she meets. She believes that a holistic approach to planning and looking at the big picture is crucial in helping clients achieve their goals for their families and businesses. Shir prides herself on great service and commitment to her clients, maintaining professionalism and compassion with each client interaction.

She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Florida State University in both Entrepreneurship and Marketing. Immediately after graduation, she started her career in the financial services industry.

Having a strong commitment to the community, Shir is involved in numerous local organizations including but not limited to: Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Jewish Federation, Women’s Breast & Heart Initiative, and the Salvation Army.

Shir serves on multiple charity committees, as well as the board of the Young Leadership Division of The Jewish Federation. The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation awarded Shir as one of Fort Lauderdale’s Finest. She was also selected as a finalist for the Up & Comer Award by South Florida Business & Wealth Magazine.

Shir’s passion for the industry is evident as she serves on the board of directors for NAIFA, the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. NAIFA’s mission is to advocate for a positive legislative and regulatory environment, enhance business and professional skills, and promote the ethical conduct of their members. Shir also values the importance of financial planning in a technology driven marketplace, sharing useful tips on the best expense tracker apps with Yahoo Finance and U.S. News & World Report.

Shir was born in Jerusalem, Israel and spent her early years living in London, England before moving to South Florida at the age of 9. When she’s not working or volunteering in the community, Shir enjoys roller blading on the beach and attending FSU and Miami Heat games.
